Pippy's view from above gives her a wonderful vantage point to glare down at the subjects in her domain- those being neighborhood dogs, kids and all the birds and squirrels within a mile.
It was a year ago that our parents finally came back from Africa, which we originally thought was on the other side of the back yard, but later learned was like another state or something. While they were gone, we lived with our Nanny Meg. We liked her. She liked us. It all worked out great. We miss her a lot. Especially now that there’s a baby in the house, which makes us feel like second-class citizens. But we’re cool. He’ll be old enough to play with us soon, and there’s always our housemate Jenny. She lets us sleep in her room even. Here’s to you, Meg.

I helped Dad install the newest version of Mac OS X – Snow Leopard. Needless to say, we are elated about the chosen nomenclature. We love Steve Jobs!

"Wow, that was easy," remarks Pip as she lies down for a nap.
Champ is afraid of the outdoors, but me, I love exploring. There’s these big things with wheels that move around and are sometimes parked along our street. They’re pretty cool underneath. Reminds me of the Millenium Falcon. I’d like to fly a spaceship like that. Chewbacca scares me though. But a cat could take on Chewbacca, I mean, if I had to. I love star wars. If I could fly a spaceship I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Now that would be the life.

"When I turn 16 I want a brand new red Millenium Falcon," says Pippy the cat as she hides under the car by the bumper.
*Note from our Dad- Now you can see that Pippy’s a little bit crazy. But that’s what happens when we leave her alone in the house for too long.
Champ and I agree that Obama will bring the change we’re looking for. We know the feline lobby in Washington isn’t very strong, but we feel Obama will represent our interests well. If an African American can make it to the White House then there’s hope for the feline world. If he doesn’t, he’ll have to deal with “The Claw”.
